Bernard Anderson must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of product with any quality issues. We will then issue a control number and could ask for the product to be returned to us. Bernard Anderson will pay shipping costs if product is being returned and we ask that the product is packaged with the same care as it was when shipped from the warehouse. This will help us determine the cause of the quality issue so that we can proceed with a claim from our vendors, if necessary.
